The Service is a property joint-sale platform for agency stores, partners, cross-industry businesses and home seekers, offering cross-store listing sharing, client follow-ups, viewing and closing, commission settlement and related operations management. The specific services provided are subject to what the platform actually offers, and we reserve the right to adjust or improve the Service.
3.Account registration and use
To use certain features you may need to register an account. When using an account, you shall:
- Provide true, accurate and complete registration information and keep it up to date;
- Safeguard your account and password, and bear any losses caused by account disclosure yourself;
- Not lend, transfer or share your account with others;
- Be responsible for all activity under your account and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
4.User conduct
When using the Service, you agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations and not to engage in the following:
- Posting false, illegal or rights-infringing listings or information;
- Impersonating others, forging qualifications or committing fraud;
- Interfering with or disrupting the Service, or intruding into systems or data;
- Evading commission settlement, fake ordering or engaging in unfair competition;
- Breaching confidentiality by disclosing others' personal information or trade secrets.
5.Listing information and transactions
Listing information on the platform is provided by the publisher. We make reasonable efforts to verify it but cannot absolutely guarantee the authenticity or completeness of every item. Parties should verify ownership and relevant details before closing and sign written contracts as required by law. As a provider of information services and collaboration tools, the platform does not directly participate in transactions and makes no guarantee of transaction outcomes.
6.Fees and commissions
The share ratio, settlement method and timing of joint-sale commissions are governed by the rules confirmed online by the parties or by written agreement. The platform provides commission calculation and recording features according to the rules; actual settlement is performed by the parties as agreed. Specific fees and rates are subject to what the platform publishes or the agreement specifies.
7.Intellectual property
The software, interfaces, copy, trademarks and other intellectual property of the Service belong to us or the relevant rights holders and may not be copied, adapted or distributed without written permission. You retain the rights to content you post, but grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display and process it within the scope of the Service.
8.Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service, and are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.
9.Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our cumulative liability to you for the Service is limited to the direct losses you actually suffer and does not exceed the caps set by applicable laws. This limitation does not apply to losses caused by our intent or gross negligence, or to liabilities that law does not allow to be limited.
10.Changes to terms and dispute resolution
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on the platform, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these Terms or the Service should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, they shall be brought before a people's court with jurisdiction at the place of the platform's operating entity.
