Privacy Policy

We respect and protect your personal information by law. This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect it.

Effective: July 1, 2026

This document is a sample provided for illustration only. It must be reviewed by legal counsel before publication; the officially released version published by the platform shall prevail.

Property Joint Sale (hereinafter "we" or "the Platform") understands how important your personal information is. This Privacy Policy applies to the Property Joint Sale platform and related services (hereinafter "the Service"), and helps you understand the purposes, methods and scope of how we process your personal information. Please read and fully understand the entire policy before using the Service.

1.Information we collect

To provide and improve the Service, we collect the following information related to you, as described in this policy:

  • Account information: name, phone number, email, store or company provided at registration or login;
  • Transaction and business data: listings, clients, viewings, closings, commission settlement and related records;
  • Usage and device information: access logs, device identifiers, operating system, network environment, and geolocation after you authorize it;
  • Information from partners: necessary information provided with your authorization or by partner channels.

2.How we use information

We use your information only to the extent necessary to provide the Service, primarily to:

  • Power core features such as joint-sale listings, client follow-ups, viewings and closings;
  • Verify identity, manage security and prevent risk to protect the platform and your account;
  • Process commission settlements, issue receipts and fulfill contractual obligations;
  • Improve the product experience and provide operational support and necessary notices.

3.Sharing and disclosure

Except as required by law or with your separate consent, we do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share or disclose information in the following situations: to enable cross-store joint sale, we show partner stores the necessary listing and contact information when you participate in a joint sale; we share necessary information with service providers we engage (such as cloud, SMS and payments) and require them to keep it strictly confidential; and disclosures required to comply with laws, regulations, or administrative or judicial demands.

4.Cookies and similar technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, LocalStorage and similar technologies to remember your login state, save preferences and analyze usage so we can deliver a more stable service. You can manage or clear these technologies through your browser settings, though some features may be limited as a result.

5.Data security

We apply technical and organizational measures — tenant-level data isolation, encryption in transit and at rest, access control and security audits — to protect your information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Please understand, however, that no environment on the internet is absolutely secure, and we will keep improving our security capabilities.

6.Storage and retention

Your information is stored on infrastructure that meets regulatory requirements. We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the service purpose, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes; after that period, we will delete or anonymize it in accordance with the law.

7.Your rights and choices

To the extent permitted by law, you have the following rights over your personal information:

  • Access and copy: find out and obtain the information we hold about you;
  • Correct and supplement: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • Delete: request deletion of your personal information under statutory circumstances;
  • Withdraw consent: withdraw any authorization you previously granted;
  • Complain and report: complain to us or a regulator about how we process information.

8.Children's privacy

The Service is primarily intended for property-transaction professionals and users with full civil capacity. If you are a minor, please read this policy and use the Service under a guardian's supervision; we do not actively collect minors' personal information and will promptly delete any we find collected by mistake.

9.Updates to this policy

This policy may be updated due to business changes or legal developments. When updated, we will post the changes prominently on the platform and, when necessary, notify you via in-app message or email. After a material change takes effect, your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
